Combining the service of a hotel with the freedom to connect with the area, the Camps Bay Village is a unique experience. Guests are no longer confined to their establishments but are invited to experience the spirit of their surroundings. With a centralised reception and tourism office, guests can choose from a variety of accommodation, from studio apartments to multi-million Rand villas.

Centralised Reception
Camps Bay Village has a centralised reception that is open seven days a week, managing accommodation and offering a concierge service for tourist information, airport transfers and tours.

Guest check-in's for The Glen Apartments will be at 10 Chilworth Road, Camps Bay, where guests will be personally met and escorted to their apartments. Contact management on +27 (0) 82 303 6719 ( All Hours ) an hour before your arrival.

Concierge
Guests have access to the concierge service at the centralised reception or Cape Travel's office at 69 Victoria Road, where friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist guests with information and bookings regarding tours and attractions, airport transfers and car hire.

Popular tours include, shark cage diving, Robben Island, wine tours and Cape Point.

Overnight Pack
Presented in either an attractively designed carrier, or supplied in the apartments, we stock every little essential item that a guest could need for their first night and the morning after. Included are ground coffee sachets, milk portions, sugar, sweeteners, Ceylon tea and Rooibos tea. Furthermore, necessities such as toilet paper, a pen, a notepad, serviettes, matches, a dish cloth and dishwashing liquid and an indigenously inspired toiletry range of shampoo and soap is complementary to our guests.

Personalized Shopping
To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for them. Apartments can be stocked with their choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival.

Housekeeping
Dedicated housekeepers service guest houses, villas and apartments and special arrangements can be made for housekeeping on public holidays.
