The management of Camps Bay Village is committed to providing quality services and facilities to all our guests. We value all guest feedback and take our guest comments very serious. We are constantly monitoring independant online reviews and social media platforms and would like to address some of the more common concerns and questions relating to past guest experiences.

Guest comment: I have given the accommodation 3 stars due to road noise however not all studios/apartments have a problem with this.

Recommendation: Due to some of the apartment’s location, guests could experience social noise from the ever vibrant and energetic Camps Bay promenade, for those seeking peace and quiet, we do recommend confirming the location of your apartment upon making your booking.

Guest comment: Limited on road parking, when I imagine most arrive in a car.

Recommendation: We advise you to book a parking bay if you are self-driving, parking is limited at the Resort. Cost: R70 per day in winter and R90 per day in summer.

Guest comment: Many rooms do not have sea views even though hotel is virtually on the beach

Recommendation: Not all rooms or apartments in the Resort boast full sea views, we recommend confirming the apartment location when making a reservation.

Guest comment: Camps Bay Village has two lovely pools, but only a few sun beds

Recommendation: The Resort has 19 loungers and it works on a first come first serve basis, we also provide pool/beach towels that can be changed daily.  A deposit will be put on the guests room account in order to ensure that the towel  is returned.   

Guest comment: No lifts in the apartment blocks and a lot of stairs to climb

Recommendation: Brighton Court opened in 1901, the Original Tram station. The original structure and layout unfortunately did not provide for lifts, but with prior arrangements or during the reservation process guests can request to be allocated ground floor apartments/studios or rooms.
